Shipping & Delivery

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Usually, for the products in stock, it will take 7 - 14 days to arrive at your location. Also, we will contact you with all the necessary information of your order by email after we receive your online order.

 

2. Do you ship to my country?

3. How do I calculate my shipping charges?

We offer free shipping by FedEx for all the products EXCEPT compressors on our website. If you'd like to ship your order via other couriers or with an expedited delivery, please contact our "online customer service" or email to [email protected] for help. All shipping charges will be subject to the final confirmation when shipping.

 

4. What modes of transportation do you offer?

Courier: UPS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT and EMS; Air transportation; Sea transportation; Land Transpotation. We also offer DDP service for some certain countries and products.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

Buyer may cancel an order by mutual agreement based upon cancellation and/or re-stocking payment to Okmarts of reasonable and proper cancellation charges.

 

Goods shall not be returned by Buyer without prior written authorization from Okmarts and payment by Buyer of a restocking charge of 25%. Special order items are NOT subject to return.

If the goods delivered has quality problems or is inconsistent with what we describe, please apply for a return or exchange service by email at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Our customer service team will email you with the directions for the return and refund process. If the product is damaged during use, a refund or exchange service will be available after paying a certain amount based on the corresponding damage. If the goods is damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service team on the same day of receipt to report.

Only after the return has been received, shall the refund be processed.

 

Refunds are applicable for product cost only; shipping and other charges are not refundable.

 

Okmarts reserves the right of final explanation on whether the product can be returned and exchanged and whether the order can be cancelled.
