Q: What if I forgot my Password?

A: If you have forgotten your password, you can visit Forgot Your Password? and enter your email address. We will email you back with a verification code. Enter the right verification code, and you can reset your password.

Q: I am not receiving any emails from okmarts.com?

A: Please check if the emails from okmarts are your Junk or SPAM email folders. If any, kindly move these to your inbox. It would be better if you could add service@okmarts.com and support@okmarts.com to your safe sender settings.

A: We do not charge the fee for the currency exchange. All the fees depend on your payment methods.

A: If you have any questions about your order, please contact our support center immediately. We can record your requirements and change information before shipping. However, we will not be able to change it after your order has been shipped.
