If you need a refund after receiving the product, please submit a refund request. Please note that the request can only be submitted after you confirm the receipt. After the request is submitted, we will confirm the relevant information and details of the request with you. Upon receiving the returned products, we will assess them. If the products are confirmed undamaged and resalable, we will refund you accordingly (for returns not caused by quality issues, you are solely responsible for the return shipping costs).
Returned products falling under the following conditions will be deemed non-resalable:
1. The products are not the ones previously dispatched by us.
2. Surface damage, missing labels, lost parts, functional damage, or cannot be directly resold.
