Compared with ordinary compressors, 3D scroll compressors have the advantages of durability, high efficiency and miniaturization. And through the combination of DC vector frequency conversion control technology and compact high efficiency heat exchanger technology, it achieves energy saving and low noise operation, higher IPLV (c) value of 10.0, which is far beyond the national level of energy efficiency. The 3D compressor achieves a higher compression ratio and efficiency by combining upper and lower compression with horizontal two-dimensional compression, compared to a normal compressor that can only run horizontally. The large air conditioning system using a horse number of slant generally requires high frequency operation.
Therefore, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries - Haier 3D scroll compressor is more easily applied in the field of commercial central air conditioners. At the same time, this technology has won national patent recognition, which is more recognized in terms of quality and energy efficiency.
The Heat Core technology is derived from the space field of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. It is a comprehensive application of four technologies including gas-liquid enthalpy increasing technology, HPPC thermal transfer technology, HRC control technology and valving-bridge phase transition technology.
This Heat Core technology greatly improves the heating capacity of the system by optimizing the pipeline in the phase change area, collecting and adjusting the exhaust temperature in real time and increasing the compensation circuit. And it realizes the non-attenuation heating at -20℃, refreshing the new height of cold and heat technology.
Many Mitsubishi Heavy Industries - Haier commercial air conditioners use Heat Core technology. In particular, the newly listed TXZ intelligent air conditioner in 2020 is developed and designed by Japanese designers. It uses the compressor with jet-enhancing enthalpy technology to effectively improve refrigerant circulation.
The low temperature heating performance of the air conditioner has been improved by 50%, and it can realize ultra-low temperature heating at -30℃ and ultra-high temperature refrigeration at 55℃, realizing the industry's first operation in the ultra-wide temperature zone of 85℃.

The modern building structure and decoration style make the indoor unit which occupies less space and saves the space cost become the hot spot. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries - Haier adheres to the concept of compact design.
By optimizing the vortex shell structure, its V-duct machine creates a compact fuselage with a thickness of 198mm and a depth of 439mm, which is 12% smaller than that of traditional central air conditioners. And through the refrigerant tube design, electric control box built-in design, it further improves the installation convenience.
By comparison, Toshiba develops little in the function of central air conditioners. Its internal unit thickness reaches 210mm and the depth reaches 645mm. Installation scenes are relatively limited, which affects the improvement of user experience to some extent.
