The copper is all made of aluminum structure, and the refrigerant channel structure is optimized, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved, so the weight is greatly reduced; the third generation is a parallel flow structure, which is a major improvement on the basis of the tube belt type. The hydraulic radius of the aluminum flat tube is further reduced, the heat transfer on the refrigerant side is strengthened, and the condenser is equipped with headers on both sides of the condenser. The refrigerant channel is designed according to the law of the shrinking volume of the refrigerant from gas to liquid, further improving heat dissipation efficiency. In this way, the condenser can be designed to be very thin, the wind resistance is greatly reduced, and the weight is also reduced. The technical level of the parallel flow condenser can be said to have reached a very high level. It is difficult to make a major breakthrough in the overall structure. The focus of improvement is only on how to better distribute the refrigerant channels.

The development trend of evaporator, the evaporator is another important heat exchanger of the air conditioning refrigeration system, and it is also required to occupy the smallest volume and have the smallest weight. Similarly, the development of the evaporator has gone through three generations. The first two generations are the same as the condenser, which is also a tube-fin and tube-band type, and the third generation is a plate-fin type. The heat exchange density of the plate-fin evaporator has also reached a considerable height, which can meet the requirements of the vehicle and air conditioning system, and there will be no major development in the short term. The development trend of throttling structure The function of throttling structure is to decompress the medium temperature and high pressure refrigerant into low temperature and low pressure refrigerant, and it plays a role in regulating the flow of refrigerant to some extent. There are two types of throttling structures, the throttle tube and the thermal expansion valve, which have been used in automobile air conditioners. Among them, the throttle tube only has the throttling function and does not have the function of adjusting the flow rate, so it needs to consume more mechanical energy and is economical Inferior, it was mostly used in early American-made luxury cars. With the emergence of the energy crisis, the use of new models has become less and less. At present, thermal expansion valves are basically used.
