In summer, for air compressors, every day is the same; as if it is accidental, it is heatstroke and difficult to heat. During the operation of the air compressor, the production of sludge, carbon deposits and other deposits will seriously affect the working efficiency of the compressor, resulting in a decrease in the heat dissipation of the compressor, a decrease in the efficiency of gas production, a decrease in energy consumption, and even more compression. Machine equipment failure, increased maintenance costs, and even caused serious accidents such as shutdown and explosion. Therefore, the cleaning of the air compressor is particularly important.

The daily maintenance of air compressors is divided into three stages: 1. Project inspection before start

1. Check the oil level;

2. Remove the condensed water in the oil barrel;

3. For water chillers, open the compressor cooling water inlet and outlet valves, start the water pump, and confirm that the water pump is operating normally and the cooling water is returning normally;

4. Open the compressor exhaust valve;  

5. Turn on the emergency stop button, power on the controller for self-check, and restart the air compressor after the self-check is completed (when the temperature is lower than 8℃, the machine will automatically enter the pre-running state, click pre-run when the temperature is right, the air compressor will automatically load run) Look at the oil level when shutting down and look at the temperature when starting up.

3. 1. Check the operating status of the compressor every two hours to see if the operating parameters are normal (pressure, temperature, operating current, etc.). If there is any abnormality, stop it immediately and start the machine after troubleshooting.

2. Pay attention to water quality treatment and future monitoring for water coolers, and indoor ventilation conditions for air coolers.

3. After running the new machine for one month, check and tighten all wires and cables.

4. Operation during shutdown 1. For normal shutdown, press the stop button to stop, try to avoid pressing the emergency stop button to stop, because the system does not release the pressure below 0.4MPa before stopping, which will easily cause the intake valve to close in time and fuel injection.

2. For the water chiller after shutdown, the cooling water pump should continue to run for 10 minutes, and the cooling water valve should be closed after the water pump is turned off (for water chillers).

1. Run the air compressor for a few minutes before the oil reaches normal temperature;

2. Turn off the air compressor, wait for the internal pressure to escape, open the fuel filler cap, pour the air compressor cleaning agent, and tighten the fuel filler cap;

4. Drain the old engine oil, and then add new engine oil;

Open the air duct to clean the cover, or remove the cooling fan; Use compressed air to blow the dirt down, and then take the dirt out of the wind deflector; if it is dirty, spray some degreasing agent before blowing. When the screw air compressor cannot be cleaned by the above methods, the cooler needs to be removed, soaked or sprayed with cleaning fluid, and cleaned with a brush (wire brush is strictly prohibited). 4. Oil cooler

When the scale of the oil cooler is serious and the cleaning by the above method is not ideal, you can remove the oil cooler separately, open the two end covers, and use a special cleaning steel brush or other tools to remove the scale. When cleaning the medium side of the cooler cannot effectively reduce the temperature, the screw air compressor needs to clean the oil side. The steps are as follows:

Disassemble the inlet and outlet tubing;

Inject cleaning solution to soak or use pump to circulate flushing (recoil effect is better)

Rinse with clean water; Dry with dry air or use dehydrated oil to remove water;

Install the inlet and outlet tubing.

04. Cleaning of temperature control valve of screw air compressor

There is a cover on the side of the temperature control valve of the screw air compressor, the cover has screw holes, find a suitable nut to screw into the cover, and then use the circlip pliers to remove the circlip that fixes the cover, and then use the pliers to pull just now The screwed nut can take off the cover and all the internal parts. Clean all parts of the temperature control valve according to the method of cleaning the relief valve.

 05, the relief valve (intake valve) cleaning

  If the dirt on the intake valve is serious, replace with a new cleaning agent. During the cleaning process, wash the cleaner parts first, and then wash the dirty parts. The cleaned parts should be rinsed again with clean water to avoid corrosion To shorten the service life of the parts, the parts washed with clean water should be placed in a clean place to dry in order to prevent the iron-containing parts from rusting. 

When cleaning the valve plate and the place where the valve body is in contact with the valve plate, pay attention to the flatness of the surface, and clean it, and replace it if necessary, otherwise it will cause the air compressor to start with load (large screw air compressor unit with load Unable to start phenomenon will occur when starting)

Since there are many parts in the relief valve, if you are not sure about the position of each part, you can remove each part and then install the part after cleaning, but do not install the part on the valve body first, wait for all the parts to be cleaned and then together Assemble to the valve body. After the entire cleaning process of the relief valve is completed, put it aside to be installed in the air compressor.

06, the minimum pressure valve (pressure maintenance valve) cleaning Although the smallest pressure valve in the screw air compressor looks relatively small, don't underestimate it, it controls the entire machine. So you have to be more careful.

The structure of the minimum pressure valve is very simple. Unscrew the nut of the screw air compressor between the valve core and the valve body to take out the components inside. The minimum pressure valve core of the small unit is built into the valve body, and the valve body cover is removed. All internal components can be taken out.

The minimum pressure valve can be cleaned according to the method of cleaning the relief valve. After the entire cleaning process of the screw air compressor minimum pressure valve is completed, it is put aside to be installed in the air compressor.

07, oil return check valve cleaning

The function of the oil return check valve is to smoothly recover the oil from the oil and gas separator to the main engine without allowing the oil from the main engine to flow back to the oil and gas separator. The oil return single valve has a connection point in the valve body, unscrew from this point, and take out the spring, steel ball, and steel ball seat. Clean the oil return check valve: clean the valve body, spring, steel ball, steel ball seat with cleaning agent, and some check valves have filters inside, and clean them together if there are any.

Tips:

When performing air compressor maintenance and cleaning, remember to ensure the safety of the working environment, for example, the power supply should be turned off and the compressor should be operated without pressure. The cleaned parts need to be dried before being installed in the air compressor.
