This CKD proportional valve, model EVD - 3100 - 008SN - 3, is designed for clean compressed air applications. It has a maximum operating pressure of 160kPa and a maximum flow rate (ANR) of 700ℓ/min. Operating on a DC24V±10% power supply with a current consumption of 0.15A or less (inrush current 0.6A or less), it accepts input signals including 0 - 10VDC (6.7kΩ), 0 - 5VDC (10kΩ), and 4 - 20mADC (250Ω). The valve provides an analog output of 1 - 5VDC (load resistance 500kΩ or more) and switch output (NPN or PNP open - collector output, 30V/50mA or less). It features a 7 - segment 3 - digit LED display for pressure indication with a display accuracy of ±2% F.S. or less. With good performance in terms of linearity (±0.3% F.S. or less), resolution (0.2% F.S. or less), and repeatability (0.3% F.S. or less), and protective measures like reverse power connection protection and switch output short - circuit protection, it is suitable for various industrial applications that require precise air pressure control.
