After receiving the item, you can initiate a refund request. This action cannot be performed before the item is received. After you initiate a return application, we will confirm with you the relevant information. After receiving your returned product, we will evaluate it, and after confirming that it has no damage and can be resold, we will give you a refund. Please note the shipping cost incurred shall be borne by you.
Returned items are classified as unsellable for the following:
● The item we receive does not match the item previously dispatched.
● The item we receive is verified surface damage, lack of labels, parts missing, or functional damage.
