UTP ANTINIT DUR 300 is suitable for wear and corrosion resistant surfacings on ferritic and austenitic base materials in the armatures construction. The extremely low Co-content permits the use in the nuclear area for claddings on valve seats.
Properties of the weld deposit
The weld deposit of UTP ANTINIT DUR 300 has a ferritic-austenitic structure in a ratio of approx.
45 : 55 %. This alloy distinguishes itself by a high resistance against corrosive medias. It has also a high resistance against abrasion, cavitation and erosion. The ferritic-austenitic weld deposit is IK-resistant and has a
low friction coefficient.
