Analysis of the application advantages and disadvantages of the five major refrigeration compressors
At present, semi-hermetic piston compressors are mostly used in the cold storage and freezing and refrigeration markets (commercial refrigeration and air conditioning are also useful, but they are relatively less used now). The semi-enclosed piston cold storage compressor is generally driven by a four-pole motor, and its rated power is generally between 60-600KW. The number of cylinders is 2-8, up to 12.

How to distinguish true and false Copeland compressors
Every year in the refrigeration peak season, there are always some non-original Copeland compressors from OEM or refurbished companies appearing on the market. Due to the current many models of Copeland compressors, the market is relatively chaotic, which will affect purchases.

Danfoss training-common faults and analysis of compressors
Danfoss training-scroll compressor I participated in Danfoss' service provider training and learning twice a week this week, mainly on scroll compressors (MLM series, MLZ series, LLZ series), and the recently hot scroll compressors for heat pumps (SH series, PSH series) ). And analyze the common faults of the compressor and exchange solutions.

The main difference between brushless DC motor and DC servo motor
Different definitions: (1) Brushless DC motor is a typical mechatronics product, which is composed of motor body and driver. Brushless motor refers to the motor without brush and commutator (or collector ring), also known as commutator less motor. As early as the 19th century, when the motor was born, the practical motor was the brushless form, that is, the AC squirrel cage asynchronous motor, which has been widely used. However, the asynchronous motor has many insurmountable defects, so that the development of motor technology is slow. The transistor was born in the middle of last century, so the brushless DC motor using transistor commutation circuit instead of brush and commutator came into being. This new type of brushless motor is called electronic commutation DC motor, which overcomes the defects of the first generation of brushless motor.
