Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing our products. We are committed to providing high-quality goods and professional after-sales service to all our overseas customers. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returns and exchanges, ensuring a transparent and smooth experience for you.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You are eligible to apply for a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

The product was purchased from our official website or authorized channels.

The request is submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery (as indicated by the logistics tracking record).

The product has quality issues, including but not limited to: manufacturing defects, functional failures, damaged parts, incorrect specifications (not matching the product description), or other non-human-caused problems.

The product is kept in its original condition as much as possible, with all original packaging, accessories, labels, and user manuals intact (unless the damage is caused by quality issues themselves).

Items Not Eligible for Returns & Exchanges

The following situations are not covered by our return and exchange service, and we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange request:

Damage or malfunction caused by improper use, incorrect installation, accidental drop, collision, or other human factors.

Products that have been disassembled, modified, or repaired by non-authorized personnel.

Products without original packaging, accessories, or labels, or with obvious signs of wear and tear that affect secondary sales.

Return or exchange requests submitted after the 15-day period has expired.

Customized products (made according to your specific requirements) unless there are quality issues.

Return & Exchange Process

To ensure your return or exchange is processed efficiently, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service: Please reach out to our customer service team first to initiate the return or exchange request. You can contact us via email, online chat, or the contact form on our website. Please provide the following information: order number, product name, delivery date, detailed description of the quality issue, and photos/videos of the problem (if possible). This helps us verify the issue quickly.

2. Confirmation & Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request within 2-3 working days. If your request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the designated return address, shipping requirements, and notes.

3. Return the Product: Please pack the product properly (using the original packaging if possible). You need to ship the product to the designated address according to the instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is delivered safely.

4. Inspection & Processing: After we receive the returned product, our quality inspection team will check the product to confirm the quality issue. This process usually takes 3-5 working days.

5. Refund or Exchange: Exchange: If you choose to exchange the product, we will send a new, undamaged product to you as soon as possible after the inspection is completed. The shipping cost for the exchange will be borne by our company.

Refund: If you choose a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days after the inspection is completed. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the product (excluding any original shipping fees, unless the product was defective upon delivery).

The 15-day return/exchange period is calculated based on the delivery date, not the purchase date. Please check your logistics tracking record to confirm the delivery date.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return shipping process if you do not use a trackable shipping method.
