Please provide the following information: order number, product name, delivery date, detailed description of the quality issue, and photos/videos of the problem (if possible). This helps us verify the issue quickly.
2. Confirmation & Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request within 2-3 working days. If your request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the designated return address, shipping requirements, and notes.
3. Return the Product: Please pack the product properly (using the original packaging if possible). You need to ship the product to the designated address according to the instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is delivered safely.
4. Inspection & Processing: After we receive the returned product, our quality inspection team will check the product to confirm the quality issue. This process usually takes 3-5 working days.
5. Refund or Exchange: Exchange: If you choose to exchange the product, we will send a new, undamaged product to you as soon as possible after the inspection is completed. The shipping cost for the exchange will be borne by our company.
