The AME8805/8813 family of positive, linear regulators feature low quiescent current (30mA typ.) with low drop out voltage, making them ideal for battery applications. The space-saving SOT-89, SOT-223 and SOT-23 pack ages are attractive for "Pocket" and "Hand Held" applications.
