The BERTOLINI Piston Pump is high quality!
1 Valve cages made from a special mixture containing Polyoxymetilene (POM) able to maintain their mechanical and wear resistance up to 120°C. (248°F).
2 Anti-extrusion ring made of PTFE +bronze. It is thicker than normal.
3 O-Rings made from a special compound containing nitrile rubber, operating temperature up to 120°C. (248°F).
4 Exclusive design of the back bushing with internal O-ring to prevent any water infiltration between the outer edge of the seal and the bushing itself.
5 Parker high pressure seal made of a special compound, max. temperature
120 °C (248 °F), water temperature up to 85 °C (185 °F).
6 Back seal made of graphite +PTFE with stainless steel pre-loading spring to ensure, in any condition, the optimal value of contact pressure between the seal lip and the piston.
