The RF8000 series adopts anti-adhesion circuit, which is especially suitable for detecting viscous or electrostatic materials; there are many series of probes
available, commonly used are roll-molded M/N probes (PTFE/stainless steel), injection-molded P/K probes ( PEEK/stainless steel), high temperature H/T probe
(ceramic/stainless steel), and a variety of probe types can be customized.
When the material in the silo touches the measuring pole of the level gauge probe, the level gauge will detect that the admittance has changed, and after the
data analysis of the control unit, it will drive the relay to send out an alarm signal. Since the amplitude and frequency of the high-frequency signal on the
measuring pole and the protection pole of the level gauge are completely equal, the material adhering to the probe of the level gauge will not cause false
alarms of the level gauge, which is the unique resistance of the level gauge. Adhesion function, the suspended material is not the real level, which perfectly
solves the false alarm phenomenon of the adhesive layer material.
