Daikin's compact single-stage vane pumps have low noise – low noise operation due to the large enough size of the suction port and the low resistance through the suction port. High Efficiency – The elastic pad system keeps the lateral clearance constant, so the low-pressure pump is free of clogging and wear, maintaining stability and efficiency. Low pulsation - because the cam can not reduce the change of displacement, the operation sound is small, the pulsation is small, so the stability is good and other characteristics have the advantages of uniform flow, stable operation, small noise, small size, light weight and so on. It is widely used in machine tools, construction machinery, ships, die casting and metallurgical equipment. The working pressure of medium and low pressure vane pumps is generally 8MPa, and the working pressure of medium and high pressure vane pumps can reach 25MPa to 32MPa. The disadvantage of the vane pump is that the pollution of the oil is more sensitive than the gear pump, and the cleanliness of the oil is higher; and due to the influence of factors such as the blade throwing force, oil absorption speed and wear, the speed of the pump should not be too large, nor should it be too small, generally can be used in the range of 600 ~ 2510rpm; the structure of the pump is also more complex than the gear pump. The vane pump is mainly divided into two forms: single action (the rotor completes suction and oil discharge once per turn week) and double action (the rotor completes suction and oil discharge twice per rotation week). Compared with single-acting vane pumps, double-acting vane pumps have good flow uniformity and the radial fluid pressure on the rotor body is basically balanced.
