What is the reason why the freezer is not cooling

It may be that the capillary is blocked and the refrigerant flow does not enter the evaporator. It may also be that the refrigerant needs to be replenished or the refrigeration system is leaking. If the buffer tube inside the compressor ruptures, there may be loose screws or it will cause no cooling.
