FEMA Switch DGM325AThe chatline was not very helpful. I was looking for the confirmation for a replacement product for my broken compressor. First they told me that they don't know and I should contact my HVAC contractor (who tried to contact you the day day before because he had the same question). Then they said that it would not be a fit although the webpage was suggesting exactly this. Then they asked me to call a certain nuimber. The support team called me back and the lady was very helpful and was able to obtain all the information that I needed. 5 stars because at the end I got what I needed but it would be helpful if I hadn't have to be as persistant. I was about to move on with a diffrent vendor.HelpfulUnhelpful - J
