The IC694BEM320 is an Rx3i I/O Link Interface module, also known as a slave. This module is a high performance, scalable, and modular control system that supports the PACSystem engine. It operate as a slave on the GE I/O Link network. This particular module can exchange wither 32 or 64 inputs and outputs with the master. The possible master types that can be utilized include PACSystems, Series 90-30, and Series 90-70, a GE Series 15, Series 16, or Series 18 CNC, a GE Series0 Model C CNC, and a GE F-D Mate CNC. The choice of master is up to each individual installer. IC694BEM320 can be installed on any available backplane slot in the RX3i or Series 90-30 PLC
