Application of medical air compressor and supporting nitrogen generator industry

Many friends are not very familiar with the nitrogen generator, and do not know what it is used for. Now I will briefly explain the nitrogen generator and its supporting equipment.

Introduction to Nitrogen Generator

"Nitrogen generator" refers to equipment that uses air as raw material to separate oxygen and nitrogen from it by physical methods to obtain nitrogen. According to the different classification methods, namely cryogenic air separation method, molecular sieve air separation method (PSA) and membrane air separation method, the nitrogen generators used in industry can be divided into three types.

   Nitrogen Generator is a nitrogen equipment designed and manufactured according to pressure swing adsorption technology. The nitrogen generator uses high-quality imported carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as the adsorbent, and uses pressure swing adsorption (PSA) at room temperature to separate air to produce high-purity nitrogen. Usually two adsorption towers are used in parallel, and the imported pneumatic valve is controlled by the imported PLC to automatically operate, alternately perform pressure adsorption and decompression regeneration to complete nitrogen and oxygen separation.

  To obtain the required high-purity nitrogen.

  The role played in the application of medical air compressors and nitrogen generator equipment:

   Air is compressible. The air that is reduced in volume and increased in pressure by the mechanical work of the air compressor is called compressed air.

   There are many impurities in compressed air:

   1. Water, including water mist, water vapor, and condensation;

   2. Oil: including oil stains and oil vapor;

  3. Various solid substances such as: rust mud, metal powder, rubber powder, tar particles and filter materials, fines of sealing materials, etc.;

   There are also a variety of harmful chemical odor substances. Compressed air can be pressurized, cooled, adsorbed and other methods to remove water vapor. Liquid water can be removed by heating, filtering, mechanical separation and other methods

  Nitrogen is more and more widely used in the industrial field, and there are many domestic manufacturers of nitrogen generators. Air compressors have established very good and benign cooperative relations with many nitrogen generator manufacturers.
