   1. The power protector is broken:

When the industrial refrigerator is normally powered, close the air switch in the control box. At this time, the indicator light on the power protector will light up (red means power is supplied, yellow means power is normal), if only the red light is on, It means that the three-phase power supply is missing one item or the sequence of the three-phase power supply is incorrect. If it is confirmed that the power supply is normal, but the indicator light of the power protector is off, it means that the protector is damaged.

  The power protector is located in the control box, open the control box panel, you can quickly understand who is the power protector.

   Treatment method: judge whether there is phase loss or reverse phase according to the indicator light on the protector. Use a multimeter to find the cause of one phase missing from the three-phase power supply and eliminate it, or change the order of the three-phase power supply (change the order of the two at will). Or replace the power protector.

   Two, power supply lack of phase or phase sequence reversed:

   This problem can be basically judged by our power protector. When the power protector only has a red light on, it can basically be regarded as a lack of phase or a reverse phase sequence.

   Treatment method: Check the three-phase power supply with a multimeter to find out the cause of the lack of phase. Or change the order of any two of the three-phase power supply.
