Piston-type air compressors are suitable for companies with low air consumption and low air quality requirements. They are cheap and have a high failure rate. Generally, they must exceed the load power twice when purchasing the machine. Start and stop, and work without stopping will burn the piston head . The exhaust water content of the piston engine is also very high. It is necessary to frequently drain water or add a cold dryer to remove water (the nail gun is afraid of water but not oil). The exhaust dust has a large particle size and the air quality is 5 times dirty than that of a screw engine.

If you only bring two or three nail guns and the air consumption is very small, you can choose a piston air compressor. The normal air consumption of a coil nail gun is about 0.2m3 per minute, and two or three guns use a 3 to 5kw piston engine. Enough; if you want to use 20 nail guns at the same time, you need an air compressor of 3-4 m3. From the perspective of economic operation, it is more cost-effective to buy a screw air compressor.
