Component maintenance method of water-cooled chiller
The central air conditioner of the water-cooled chiller is an important part of the entire central air-conditioning system. To ensure the cleanliness of the surrounding environment of the water-cooled chiller unit, regularly check whether the air-conditioning installation device, the control center function is abnormal, whether the starter and relay are operating normally, and whether the compressor is in good condition, etc. Regularly check the condition of the shaft seal, check the water system of the chiller, the heat exchange effect, and the refrigerant charge of the unit. Check the airtightness of the unit and the condition of the interlocking device of the accessory components of the unit. When maintaining and inspecting the main unit of the air conditioner, first close the gate valves at both ends of the oil filter, and then use the air pipe to discharge the air into the barrel. For the exhaust valve, slowly increase it.
Water-cooled chiller air-conditioning host under normal circumstances, the temperature of the outer oil pipes of the two gate valves of the oil filter should be almost the same, or the temperature of the oil filter should be higher! After the air conditioner is exhausted, use a special tool to disassemble it, and then manually move the filter to check whether the pressure is completely relieved. During the process of disassembling and installing the filter element, you should not put your hands on the bottom. Place your hands on both sides correctly, take out the original filter element, clean the filter case, and replace with a new filter element. Check the sealing ring, install the filter, open the gate valve at the separator side slightly, and exhaust for about 20 seconds. Keep the gate valves at both ends open to check the airtightness of the filter.

Water-cooled chiller explosion-proof units need to be used with water pumps and cooling towers, and water will be used. The high-pressure alarms of the unit will often occur due to water quality problems or when debris enters the unit during use. How should we deal with the above problems? The basic reason for the high-pressure alarm of the water-cooled chiller is poor water quality, impurities have entered the water supply hole, which hinders the cooling effect of the cooling water tower. We should remove impurities, check the water quality, and do appropriate treatment to prevent impurities from entering the cooling tower. Affect the normal operation of the water-cooled chiller and trigger the high-pressure alarm of the water-cooled chiller.
