　　 1. After the unit has been adjusted, it has reached the best working condition. Please do not change the set operating parameters at will.

　　2. The water filter at the inlet of the water pump must be cleaned after the unit runs for 24 hours.

　　3. Records should be made during daily operation, especially the various phenomena, time and working conditions that occurred during abnormal operation, so as to facilitate the analysis and inspection of faults.

　　4. The unit should be operated and managed by a dedicated person. If any abnormality is found, the unit should be shut down in time, and the cause should be found out, and the failure should be eliminated. Operation with failure is strictly prohibited.

　　 5. It is strictly forbidden to operate the switches frequently, the number of power-on should not exceed 6 times/hour, and the running time should be more than 5 minutes.

　　6. ​​The main circuit power switch cannot be turned off during the normal use period to maintain the normal operation of the compressor oil heater.

　　7. The whole machine should be inspected once a month during the normal use period. The items are:

　　① Whether the fastening bolts of the power wiring are loose;

　　② Whether the moving parts of the unit are noisy and whether they are operating normally;

　　③ Whether the high and low pressure values of the refrigeration/heating system are normal;

　　④ Whether the operating current of each compressor and the insulation resistance of the unit are normal;

　　⑤ Whether the filter drier and the sight glass are normal. If the filter outlet is frosted, it indicates that the filter is dirty and clogged. The filter needs to be cleaned. If the sight glass shows humidity (the color turns red), the filter drier must be replaced.

⑥ Whether the compressor lubricating oil is normal, if the oil level is lower than 2/3 of the sight glass during operation, add lubricating oil; if there is dirt or deterioration, replace the lubricating oil, and clean or replace the oil filter. Replace the filter drier core.

　　 8. Seasonal shutdown:

　　①The main circuit power switch is off, and the air switch of the unit is off;

　　②Close the water system shut-off valve near the unit after the water pump stops;

　　③ Drain the water in the circulating water pipeline and groundwater pipeline;

　　④ Drain the water in the condenser and evaporator.

　　 9. Restart after seasonal shutdown:

　　① The main circuit power switch is turned on, and the air switch of the unit is turned on;

　　② Preheat the compressor lubricant for more than 8 hours;

　　③ Check the ground source of the expansion tank, open the exhaust valve of the circulating water pipeline, and exhaust the air in the duct.

　　 After the above work is completed, turn on the main unit of the air conditioner according to the prescribed operation steps to enter normal cooling/heating operation.

　　10. The condenser and evaporator should be cleaned at least once every two years. Mechanical or chemical methods can be used. This work should be done by professionals.
