Four methods to detect air conditioner noise

Air-conditioning noise is the noise generated by the air-conditioning system when it is working, including the noise generated by the fan escaping into the room, and the regeneration noise at the end of the air duct. The noise generated by the fan is the tuned noise generated by the impact of the blades on the surrounding air. There is random noise caused by eddy currents. Axial fan has a wide noise spectrum, and centrifugal fan has a large low-frequency component. So how to detect it?

   1. Air conditioning outlet

The main noise source of the air conditioner is the air outlet of the air conditioner. When the wind speed of the air conditioner is turned on, the noise value of the air conditioner will of course gradually increase. This is one of the main noise sources of the air conditioner.

   2. Looseness of the air conditioner panel

The air conditioner panel is loose. When the air conditioner is used for a long time, the panels of the air conditioner are easily loosened due to various reasons. In this way, the vibration generated by the air conditioner during operation will cause the panels to rub against each other, thereby generating noise.

  3. Installation of air-conditioning indoor unit

The installation of the indoor unit of the air conditioner and the connection of the outdoor unit also affect the actual use and noise of the air conditioner. If the installation of the indoor unit is not stable enough, when the outdoor unit is running, the copper pipe is connected to the indoor unit. If the indoor unit is not stable enough, it will be affected by the compressor, causing the indoor unit to resonate.

   4. Compressor operation

Air conditioning outdoor compressor. This is also one of the sources of air-conditioning noise. Excessive noise from the compressor will also affect the use and rest of our normal users.
