The working process of    screw air compressor is mainly divided into four processes: suction, conveying, compression and exhaust. Because the tooth groove meshing surface rotates, the sucked oil and gas are sealed and delivered to the exhaust port; During the process, the tooth groove meshing gap gradually becomes smaller, and the oil and gas are compressed; when the tooth groove meshing surface rotates to the shell exhaust port, the higher pressure oil and gas mixture is discharged from the body.

  The air compressor lubricant plays the most critical role. First of all, there is an oil film on the machine when it is running to protect the friction loss between the machine and the processed parts, and play a buffer and seal role. Secondly, most of the heat generated during friction is taken away by the lubricating oil, and a small part of the heat is directly radiated through conduction radiation, which plays a role of cooling. Finally, friction will occur during operation. If metal debris stays on the friction surface, it will destroy the oil film and form dry friction, causing abrasive wear. The lubricating oil can take away these metal particles and better protect the machine. jobs.

   Then it is very important to choose a suitable air compressor oil. A good air compressor oil has the following characteristics:

   1. It can keep the surface of the internal parts of the air compressor clean, and ensure that the air compressor and the coalescing filter of the oil and gas separator are maintained in good working condition.

   2. It has strong anti-rust and anti-wear performance on the metal surface of the compressor, and has good compatibility with the sealing material.

  3. Excellent air release performance, high temperature stability, anti-emulsification, and strong water separation performance.

  4. It can effectively prevent the mixture of carbon deposits and rust particles in the exhaust pipe of the compressor from fire and explosion caused by the exothermic reaction under the action of the heat of the compressed air.

   5. Lubricating oil has strong anti-oxidation ability and has a long oil change interval.

   At present, domestic air compressor manufacturers generally use mineral oil. Under standard operating conditions, it needs to be replaced once every 2000 hours. If the actual working conditions are relatively poor, the air compressor oil should be replaced in advance according to the actual situation.

  The second is synthetic oil, which should be replaced every 6000-8000h under standard working conditions, and the use time is judged according to working conditions. However, the price of the two oils is quite different, and mineral oil is more cost-effective, but according to the analysis of your own operating conditions, choose your own suitable oil.
