How to flush reciprocating compressor with refrigerant oil

After the refrigeration equipment and its compressor are used for a period of time, the added refrigerating oil will be naturally lost during the operation of the equipment. Therefore, to maintain the lubrication and cooling effect, it must be added and supplemented in time. So for reciprocating compressors, how should refrigerating oil flush them?

  1. For reciprocating compressors, the refrigerating oil should be filled with the compressor's own vacuum suction method to add.

2. If the compressor without intake and exhaust valves adds refrigerating oil, a pipe joint with a valve core should be welded in the process pipe in advance, and then the hose on the valve and the refrigerated oil drum or The refrigerating oil measuring cup is connected and the air in the pipeline is removed. Since the compressor has regulations on the type and amount of oil used, it is necessary to draw a scale line on the surface of the barrel in advance.

  3. Then start the compressor and open the repair valve to allow the refrigerant to be sucked into the compressor.

  4. If the compressor is not connected to the pipeline of the refrigeration system, you need to plug the low-pressure suction pipe with your fingers when starting the compressor before the oil can be sucked in.

   5. Pay attention to ensure that the suction port of the oil pipe cannot expose the oil surface during the whole process of refueling, so as not to suck air into the equipment, and at the same time pay attention to control the refueling dosage.

6. If during the process of filling the refrigerating oil, you encounter a situation where misty oil is sprayed from the compressor's high-pressure exhaust pipe port, you must use a piece of hose to cover the nozzle of the high-pressure exhaust pipe before refueling. Prepare a clean container. When there is fuel injection, just insert the hose of the high-pressure exhaust pipe into the oil container.

The six aspects described above are the correct way to fill the compressor of refrigeration equipment with refrigerating oil. When adding refrigerating oil, be careful not to let air enter the equipment. At the same time, be careful not to let moisture enter the equipment with the oil, otherwise it will cause acidification of the refrigerated oil, which will seriously affect the refrigeration equipment and compressor. Normal use.
