Factory production emits a lot of waste gas, and there are many workers gathered. For the sake of worker health and safety concerns, some exhaust fans are installed in factories to discharge exhaust gas. Unlike domestic exhaust fans, industrial exhaust fans have a very complicated installation process. This article will introduce the installation method of industrial exhaust fans from three aspects: before installation, during installation, and after installation.

Before Installation

1. Preliminary inspection: before installing an industrial exhaust fan, inspect the product. General industrial fans are assembled. When inspecting the product, it is necessary to check whether the fan impeller touches the hood, and whether the blade is deformed or damaged. Generally, a factory will install several industrial exhaust fans, so it is also necessary to check the number, specifications, etc. of the exhaust fans.
2. Air outlet treatment
Before installation, we need to determine the installation position of the exhaust fan outlet. There should be no obstacles within 3 meters opposite the air outlet. After determining the position of the air outlet, use a ruler to measure the size of the air outlet and compare it on the wall. Finally, use an electric drill to drill holes in the wall. If the exhaust fan is installed on the window, a certain number of window sashes can be removed depending on the size of the exhaust fan.

During Installation

The size of the industrial exhaust fan is relatively large. When installing the industrial exhaust fan, first install the fixing support. Drill holes on the wall with an electric drill, and fix the exhaust fan bracket on the wall with screws. The support should be level with the ground. Then lift the industrial exhaust fan to the air outlet and fix it on the support with screws. After the main body of the exhaust fan is installed, place the fan shutter on the main unit and fix it with screws. If there is a gap between the exhaust fan and the wall, seal it with a solar panel or sealant.

After Installation

1. Check whether there are left tools and debris inside the industrial exhaust fan. Turn the fan blade by hand or lever to check whether there is excessive tightness or rubbing, and whether there are objects that hinder the rotation. If there is no abnormality, carry out a test run.
2. If the industrial exhaust fan vibrates or the motor makes an abnormal "humming" sound, or if other abnormal phenomena occur during operation, stop the fan for inspection, and then restart for use after repair.

In the above three parts, if there is an error, it may cause the exhaust fan to be unusable. If you don't know how to install it, ask a professional to do it.
