How to judge whether the refrigeration equipment is working normally
The relevant valves and equipment in the refrigeration equipment system are in their proper state. The compressor suction and discharge valves, the inlet and outlet valves of the oil separator, the inlet and outlet valves of the condenser and the accumulator, etc., are all in the correct open positions; throttle valves Appropriate opening; all fans and motors run smoothly; the water pump of the water circulation system runs normally without abnormal sound; there is no serious water leakage in the water circulation pipeline and its connections; in the cold storage with cooling pipe or cold storage air cooler, the pipe or The cooling fan coil is evenly covered with "dry frost"; the joints of the Freon refrigeration system should not leak oil (oil leakage indicates refrigerant leakage), and there should be no obvious ammonia leakage at the valves and connections of the ammonia system.
1. Condensing pressure and condensing temperature, evaporating pressure and evaporating temperature correspond to each other. Evaporating temperature and pressure depend on the required refrigeration temperature. During operation, the evaporating pressure should be similar to the suction pressure of the compressor. The condensation temperature and pressure depend on the temperature of the cooling medium and its flow. In general, for refrigeration compressors of the national standard series, the maximum condensing pressure of R22 and R717 does not exceed 1.8MPa (gauge pressure). During operation, the condensing pressure is close to the compressor discharge pressure and accumulator pressure. If not, it is abnormal.
2. The water pressure of the cooling water of the horizontal shell and tube condenser should be above 0.12MPa, and a certain inlet temperature and water volume must be guaranteed; while the air-cooled condenser should maintain a certain inlet air temperature, air volume and wind speed on the windward side . Touch the shell of the horizontal shell and tube condenser with your hands, you should feel the upper part is hot and the lower part is cold. The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water of the vertical condenser is about 2 to 4°C, and that of the horizontal condenser is about 4 to 6°C.
3. The level of refrigerant in the accumulator meets the requirements. The liquid level of the accumulator should be at the position of 1/3~2/3 of the liquid level indicator during normal operation.
4. The automatic oil return pipe of the oil separator adopts automatic oil return, which is cold and hot at times, and the general cooling and heating cycle is about 1h. The filter and solenoid valve coil on the liquid pipeline of the refrigeration system should be warm, and there should be no obvious temperature difference before and after, and there should be no frost and condensation, otherwise it will be blocked.
5. The throttle valve body is frosted or evenly condensed, and thick frost should not appear at the inlet. When the refrigerant liquid passes through the throttle valve, only a dull small sound can be heard.
6. The protection devices on the refrigeration equipment, such as safety valves, bypass valves, etc., should be opened and closed flexibly, and the setting values of the control devices, such as pressure controllers, pressure difference controllers, temperature controllers, etc., should be correct and operate normally . The pointer of the pressure gauge should be relatively stable and flexible. The thermometer indication is correct.
