2. Regarding the selection of lubricating grease for the cooling tower transmission part, at present, more than 90% of the domestic cooling tower manufacturers do not provide specific guidance on the lubrication of the cooling tower, but simply explain the instructions such as "add lubricating oil" and "add lubricating grease". As everyone knows, the transmission part of the cooling tower has been working in the environment of high water vapor and high temperature (especially some high temperature towers) for a long time. If the type is not properly selected, the lubricating grease will easily fail due to oxidation, emulsification and other reasons. Lubrication failure will directly lead to the wear of the transmission system. : Belt jitter and wear; reducer gear wear; tower jitter; motor burned out, etc.

　　3. Anti-corrosion treatment of cooling tower pipe fittings. Due to water quality and product quality problems of some manufacturers, many cooling tower metal structures rust a lot in a short period of time, which greatly reduces their service life. If they are not treated in time, they will undoubtedly be scrapped in advance.

　　4. Install an automatic lubrication system for the parts that need to be filled with grease, especially some high temperature towers or large towers.

Cleaning, repair and replacement of other glass fiber reinforced plastic parts such as cooling towers; maintenance and replacement of fans, motors, and reducers; adjustment of static balance of fans; maintenance and replacement of water distributors and pipes; structural modification of cooling towers; upgrading of cooling tower thermal performance ; Tower noise, vibration control and other services should improve the overall life of the cooling tower.
