In the cold storage, the so-called "cold bridge" is actually a bridge that transfers heat. In adjacent warehouses with different warehouse temperatures or between the inside and outside of the warehouse, cold bridges will be formed due to the interruption of the connecting components of the building structure or the insulation layer. For example, if the pipe penetrates the wall, the rice husk layer will sink because the pipe penetrates the wall. Void, causing a cold bridge. The cold bridge of the connecting component is due to the poor heat insulation performance of the material, and it is easy to freeze and frost at the cold bridge. If it is not treated, a large amount of heat will be introduced from this, and the construction area of ​​the cold storage will gradually expand. Cause damage to the insulation layer, structural components, and even the cold storage. In order to prevent cold bridges, cold storage manufacturers can use the following methods when building cold storage:

   1. Treatment of pipes passing through the wall: The pipes passing through the wall should be concentrated as much as possible, and the pipe holes should be reserved in advance to prevent damage to the insulation layer due to drilling through the wall. The reserved wall hole is sealed with wooden boards into a box shape, and a vapor barrier is made. After the cold storage is constructed, it is filled with cork or cork dust mixed with asphalt. When rice husk is used as an insulation layer, in order to prevent the rice husk at the bottom of the wooden box from becoming empty, a cold bridge is formed.

  2. Heat insulation treatment of tie rods: When steel tie rods are used to reinforce the cold storage, round steel with simple shape and small cross-section should be used to minimize the influence of heat conduction. Hardwood insulation blocks are installed in the steel bars to cut off the cold bridge formed by the steel bars.

3. Top-attaching method: When the temperature difference between two adjacent warehouses in the small cold storage is above 5 degrees Celsius, the insulation material of the partition wall should be connected with the insulation material of the floor. On the top of the partition wall, the one with the higher temperature On the side, make an insulation layer within 1.2 meters from the bottom of the top slab to the partition wall, and connect it with the insulation layer of the insulation wall to minimize the cold bridge formed by the floor and wall connecting the two adjacent warehouses. .
