How to solve various problems such as water leakage, noise, and excessive fluorine leakage of air conditioners

When the air conditioner is in use, there are problems such as water leakage, electric leakage, insufficient cooling and heating, excessive noise, etc., which makes the friends feel particularly heartbroken. Buying an air conditioner to solve this problem and that problem is a headache. As everyone knows, air conditioners also need certain precautions and common sense when using them, let's take a look.

   One, the air conditioner leaks

1. When the air conditioner is cooling in summer, the air humidity is high. When the heat exchanger of the indoor unit exchanges heat through the fan, condensed water will be generated due to the low temperature. If there is dripping or water leakage under the indoor unit, check the indoor room part Whether the direction of the pipeline or drain pipe has a certain slope, whether the drainage is smooth, or whether the outlet of the drain pipe is inserted into the water affects normal drainage.

2. In summer air conditioning cooling or dehumidification operation, when the air humidity is too high, the wind deflector blowing downwards will cause the inside of the wind deflector to be extremely cold, and a large temperature difference will be formed with the outside to absorb the water vapor in the hot air. Water drips down on the air deflector after condensation. It is recommended that you adjust the air deflector of the indoor unit to supply air at a horizontal angle.

  3. If the above reasons do not exist in the inspection, please select professional service personnel to come to the inspection and treatment.

   2. What are the culprits of air-conditioning noise?

  1. Air conditioning outlet: The main noise source of the air conditioner is the air outlet of the air conditioner. When the wind speed of the air conditioner is turned on, the noise value of the air conditioner will gradually increase. This is one of the main sources of noise value of the air conditioner.

  2. Looseness of the air conditioner panel: When the air conditioner is used for a long time, the panel of the air conditioner is easy to loosen due to various reasons. In this way, the vibration generated by the air conditioner during operation will cause the panels to rub against each other and cause noise.

  3. Installation of the indoor unit of the air conditioner: When the outdoor unit is running, the copper pipe is connected to the indoor unit. If the indoor unit is not installed firmly, it will be affected by the compressor, which will cause the indoor unit to resonate.

  4. Compressor operation: The outdoor compressor of the air conditioner is also one of the sources of air conditioner noise. Excessive noise level of the compressor will also affect the use and rest of our normal users.

   3. How to quickly detect fluorine leakage in air conditioners?

  1. "Touch by hand": Touch the condensing louver fan behind the air conditioner by hand. If the temperature is not cold or hot, and the compressor is still working, it means that fluorine has run out.

2. "See it": In the cooling state, adjust the temperature controller so that the set temperature is 6°C to 8°C lower than the room temperature. After 15 minutes of operation, look at the indoor unit hydraulic pipe (that is, the thin copper pipe). No frosting, otherwise, the machine will have fluorine leakage failure. Whether there are oil traces on the copper pipe connector, if there are oil traces, it also indicates fluorine leakage.

  3. "Earphone": If it is found that the compressor has been working since it is turned on, and there is no vibration when it is stopped, the self-vibration sound of the compressor is louder than when it was newly purchased, which may be an abnormal sound caused by fluorine leakage.

4. "Temperature measurement": Find a thermometer, near the outlet of the cold air, and see if the indicator temperature is 6°C to 8°C lower than the room temperature, if it is lower than this temperature or less than 5°C or even close to the room temperature, and the compressor is still The work proves that the fluorine has run out.
