Installation of air conditioning and refrigeration system equipment

1. Installation preparation

　　 (1) Check and accept the equipment foundation according to the construction drawings. Measure the position and elevation of the pipeline shown, and find out the embedded parts of the support and hanger.

　　 (2) For the valves of the refrigeration system, after entering the site, the model, specifications, performance and technical parameters should be checked and inspected in accordance with the design requirements, and cleaning and strength and tightness tests should be done in accordance with the specifications.

　　 2. Equipment installation

　　1, unpacking inspection

　　1) Packing list, equipment certificate, equipment manual, inspection records, necessary assembly drawings and other technical documents should be complete.

　　 2) Check the specifications, models and all parts, components, auxiliary materials and special tools of the equipment.

　　3) The surface of the main body, parts and components of the equipment is particularly damaged and corroded.

　　4) The protective gas filled in the equipment should leak especially and the oil seal is intact.

　　5) After unpacking inspection, protective measures should be taken if there is no equipment, and the equipment unpacking inspection record should be filled in and signed by each inspection party.

　　2. The foundation surface of the equipment should be flat, and its position, size, elevation, reserved holes and embedded parts should meet the design requirements, and the installation baseline should be measured on the foundation. It can be installed after the concrete foundation reaches the curing strength.

　　3. The weight of the equipment should be checked before the equipment is hoisted, and the hoisting should be firmly tied up, and the main bearing point should be higher than the center of gravity of the equipment. When hoisting a unit with a common base, the stress point must not cause the base of the unit to twist or deform.

　　 The turning point of the sling and the contact part of the equipment should be lined with soft material. Hoisting plan should be prepared and approved when necessary.

　　4. The refrigeration equipment to be cleaned should be completed before installation, and the cleaning should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the equipment technical documents. Protective measures should be taken after the equipment is cleaned.

　　5. The equipment is hoisted to the foundation, and the equipment is aligned and leveled according to the installation baseline, and then fixed firmly. For equipment that needs vibration isolation device, its vibration isolation form and installation should comply with the design and equipment technical documents.
