When brazing, oxyacetylene brazing equipment is used, which can make the weld joint have a high z* strength without leakage. Oxyacetylene is to infiltrate pure itch into acetylene, and this kind of inclusions can produce high temperature flame.
Welding personnel should adjust the ratio of acetylene and oxygen from time to time to ensure the accurate use of oxyacetylene. In addition, there are pressure regulators and meters on the oxygen cylinder and the acetylene tank. One meter indicates the pressure in the tank and the other indicates the pressure of the welding torch.
When assembling industrial chillers, the specific brazing steps to be used can be accurately operated according to a few points, so that brazing is easy:
1. Completely remove the grease from the missing joints.
2. Add flux according to the instructions supplied by the flux manufacturer.
3. The joints are properly shared and the parts are fixed.
4. Average the recommended heating temperature, and make the welding gun move according to the "S" shape from time to time.
5. The place where cooling is connected.
6. Add copper solder to the welded parts. Do not heat the copper solder with a welding torch.
7. Thoroughly clean the contacts with a brush and warm water to remove the residual flux.
