DSP/SDS series The main unit of oil-free screw compressor does not contain any other lubricating medium. If the precautions for long-term shutdown are neglected, the main unit is easily affected by condensate or atmospheric humidity, which leads to the compressor main unit rust. When the compressor is restarted At this time, it may cause major failures such as bearing damage and compressor jamming, so please pay attention to the precautions when the compressor is shut down for a long time.
Matters needing attention during long holiday downtime 1. During long vacations, if you need to shut down for a long time, please press the unload stop button on the operation panel. After the compressor has been unloaded for 5 minutes, it will automatically stop the compressor (refer to Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3). 2. Close the compressor exhaust valve, and at the same time empty the compressed air and condensate in the air storage tank and pipeline. 3. For the water cooler, please close the compressor cooling water inlet and outlet valves to discharge the residual cooling water in the compressor cooling water pipe. 4. Cut off the main power supply, pay attention to close the air compressor cover and the air-open electric control cabinet cover. 5.If the shutdown needs more than 7 days, please be sure to run the compressor once during the shutdown, and let the compressor be unloaded and shut down for dry operation. Note: For SDS series, after pressing the unload stop button in the red frame, the compressor will automatically stop the compressor after 20 minutes of unloading. Matters needing attention when restarting after shutdown 1. Check the inside of the compressor, the compressor control cabinet and the air-open electric control cabinet for rain water. 2. Open the anti-load side cover of the motor and the handwheel motor to confirm whether the handwheel is normal. 3. Confirm whether the 3-phase voltage is normal and the oil level of the gear box is normal, and open the exhaust valve. 4. For the water cooler, please open the compressor cooling water inlet and outlet valves to confirm whether the cooling water pressure and water temperature are normal. 5. Start the dryer first (run for 3 minutes), then start the compressor. 6.Confirm the voltage, current, oil level and operation data after starting, and confirm the operation data every 10 minutes. After 30 minutes of operation, all the operation data are normal and can be put into use.
