If there is not much oil sludge, after loading 1/2 of the new oil, run it for 15 to 60 minutes and drain it, then fill it with new oil and run normally.
If there is too much carbon deposit in the sludge, you can dismantle the oil tank and manually remove the sludge and carbon deposits, and then clean them with a special cleaning agent. After 100 to 200 hours of operation, put the cleaning oil out, and finally add new oil to run normally. Otherwise, it may not only destroy the performance of oil additives, but also cause safety accidents. When changing the oil, the oil bypass filter, oil filter, oil and gas separation fine filter, coarse filter filter element, etc. should be replaced at the same time, and check whether the filter, air filter, one-way valve, temperature control alarm, etc. are intact. Oil change time is not a fixed value, due to the influence of equipment, environment, oil temperature, mechanical impurities can accelerate the aging of oil products. In order to prevent carbon deposits and coking, the color, viscosity, and oiliness of the lubricating oil should still be observed during use (every 300 hours), but the color cannot be used to judge the quality of the oil.
