Precautions when the FRP cooling tower is assembled and ready for operation

When the FRP cooling tower is assembled and ready for normal operation, the following necessary inspections should be done first:

　　 1. Check whether there is enough gear oil in the reducer. Do not transport the reducer when it is oil-free and prepare for normal operation. The following necessary checks should be done first:

　　 1. Check whether there is enough gear oil in the reducer, and do not run the reducer without oil; if it is a belt reducer, please check the elasticity of the belt to see if there is debris in the belt cover and pulley;

　　 2. Confirm whether the cooling tower legs are fixed to the foundation;

　　 3. Check whether the line is missing phase and whether the voltage is 380V;

　　 4. Turn on the motor, turn off the fan after running for 20 seconds, check whether the fan rotates clockwise, do not rotate in the opposite direction; and check the operation of the fan for abnormal noise;

　　 5. Turn on the water pump, and the cooling tower must not run idling for a long time without water;

6. Determine whether the current value of the cooling tower motor is within the normal range. If the current is too large, please check the voltage. If the voltage is too low, the current will be too large. If the voltage is normal, check whether the angle of the cooling tower fan blades is at the normal value. ; If the above problem is normal, check whether there is oil in the cooling tower reducer;

　　7. When the cooling tower runs continuously for 100-120 hours, check whether the cooling tower fan fasteners are loose, and re-fix it if necessary;

　　 8. Check whether the screws connecting the cooling tower body and cooling tower legs to the foundation are loose, and re-fix it if necessary.

　　9. After the cooling tower has been running for ten days, check the belt reducer to see if the belt is loose and the gear reducer to check if the oil is low; after two months of continuous operation, please replace the belt of the belt reducer and the gear reducer to replace the gear oil;

　　 10. After the cooling tower has been in operation for two months, please clean up the cooling tower's drain pan, piping, and packing debris and sludge;

　　11. Check whether the water replenishment device is effective;

　　 12. When the cooling tower is out of service in winter, please use engine oil to maintain the cooling tower fan, bolts or other welding points.
