   1. The traditional cold storage device is usually designed with a height of about 5m. However, in practical application, the application rate of cold storage equipment without shelf layer is less than 50%. For example, once the stacking height of items reaches 3.2m, the outer packaging is food in carton, which is deformed due to heavy pressure, moisture absorption, etc. The reason is very easy to show the phenomenon of packaging breakage, collapse, etc., which will lead to the reduction of food quality and cause greater economic losses.

  2. Selection of cooling method. At present, most of the combined warehouses newly built in China or imported from abroad use forced circulation. However, considering the impact on the goods, the cooling methods of warehouses generally include natural convection cooling and forced circulation. Natural convection methods are mostly used in countries. At this stage, it is reasonable to use the radical natural convection method. The reason is that the quality of the goods stored in the domestic cold storage is poor, and the naked goods account for a large proportion. If the forced circulation cooling is used, the dry consumption of the goods is heavier.

   3. Non-standard design of local cold storage devices may cause safety hazards. Many domestic cold storages have unlicensed designs and installations, lacking uniform specifications, and lack of safety technical files for special equipment are more common. Operators have not been professionally trained to work without a license, and management personnel have a weak understanding of safety. For civil food cold storage with a partial volume of 500m3 or more and using ammonia as the refrigerant, the location selection, foundation disposal, and refrigeration equipment are seriously inconsistent with the requirements of the Cold Storage Device Design Standard (GB50072-2001), and there are many potential safety hazards. Many cold storages are called controlled atmosphere storages but fail to achieve the purpose of controlled atmospheres. As soon as local low-temperature storages are built, they will be out of service or can only be used as high-temperature storages.

  4. Stop macro inspection of cold storage buildings. Such as the settlement of the main body of the cold storage building; the operation of the cold storage floor antifreeze equipment; the appearance of the cold storage insulation layer, whether there is cracking, subsidence, whether there are rat holes, frost, and dripping cold phenomenon; the freezing room of the cold storage, fast The building materials of the main body of the pre-cooling room are damaged during freezing and thawing cycles; whether there are any abnormalities where the wires and cables of the cold room pass through the insulation layer of the cold storage; the performance of the lightning protection grounding equipment of the cold storage should be checked one by one and recorded. Report the unsafe elements to the corporate legal person in time.
