Method 1: Empirical Method

The so-called empirical method is to judge whether the recycling is over based on experience. Refrigerant recovery time varies according to the length of the connecting pipe. If the length of the connecting pipe is about 5m, the recovery time is about 5 minutes. If the connecting pipe is lengthened more, the recovery time should be appropriately extended. If the refrigerant recovery time is insufficient, the refrigerant recovery will be incomplete. But the time should not be too long, otherwise the compressor will be overloaded because the refrigerant has stopped flowing, which will bring harm to the compressor.

Method: pressure method

The pressure method is to install the three-way maintenance valve/pressure gauge assembly on the spool of the low pressure shut-off valve through the metric and inch liquid filling pipe, and check the value of the pressure gauge while recovering the refrigerant. When the value is 0, the refrigerant is recovered. complete.

note! When the refrigerant is recovered, it must be recovered in the refrigerated state. In the heating and cooling type air conditioner, the temperature sensor of the indoor unit must be held by hand to make the air conditioner work in the refrigerating state when the refrigerant is recovered in winter.
