3. Don't close the doors and windows for a while when the air conditioner is turned on. Let the air flow for a while and then close the doors and windows. When using the central air conditioner, the fresh air rate should be increased, and a certain amount of air circulation and natural ventilation should be maintained.
4. It is recommended that the air conditioner should be adjusted to about 26 degrees, so as to ensure that the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor will not be too large.
5. It is recommended that the air conditioner be turned off for three hours after being turned on, and open the doors and windows for ventilation, and use natural ventilation.
6. People who work and live in air-conditioned rooms for a long time should pay attention to increase outdoor activities.

1. Before using the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system, the operation and management department of the air conditioning and ventilation system should understand the type, air supply range, and fresh air intake of the central air conditioning and ventilation system.
2. According to the current epidemic situation in our city, the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system can adopt normal management. However, as a hotel and hotel for centralized isolation of medical observation points, temporary places for the distribution of overseas personnel, as well as airports, railway stations, subways and other sites with complex personnel structure and high mobility, it is necessary to meet one of the following requirements. use:
(1) The centralized air-conditioning ventilation system in all-air mode shall be closed and the return air system shall be operated with brand new wind. The premises (buildings) to which the central air-conditioning ventilation system belongs shall be operated for an additional hour before or after it is closed every day;
(2) The air-water centralized air conditioning and ventilation system must ensure that each room is independently ventilated;
(3) The centralized air conditioning and ventilation system that has been equipped with an air purification and disinfection device (to remove particulate matter, gaseous pollutants and microorganisms) should strictly follow the product instructions for use during operation to ensure that the operation effect meets the requirements of national health standards.
3. The filters, tuyere, air handling unit, surface cooler, heater (wet), condensate pan and other equipment and components of the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system in operation should be regularly cleaned, disinfected, or replaced.
4. When confirmed cases and suspected cases of new coronavirus pneumonia are found, the following prevention and control measures shall be taken:
(1) Immediately shut down the centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems corresponding to the active areas of confirmed cases and suspected cases;
(2) Immediately perform forced cleaning and disinfection on the centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems in the above areas.
5. Other considerations for the use of centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems include:
(1) The use of a centralized air-conditioning and ventilation system should ensure that all rooms in the building have air circulation and sufficient fresh air supply.
(2) During the epidemic epidemic period, priority should be given to opening windows to allow natural ventilation, and if possible, opening exhaust devices such as exhaust fans to enhance indoor air flow.
(3) Chlorine-containing disinfectants are corrosive to metals. It is recommended to prefer quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants to metal parts that need to be disinfected.

(4) Condensate tray
