It can suck out the steam in the evaporator, and at the same time can be the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant vapor. Refrigeration is actually a kind of heat exchange. Through the work of the compressor, the high heat of the refrigeration steam can be transferred out, creating the necessary conditions for refrigeration. By working with the compressor, the low-temperature and low-pressure state of the refrigeration steam is transformed into a high-temperature and high-pressure. It can be said that the operation of the steam engine is a prerequisite for refrigeration. After the compressor completes the compression task, it needs to cool the refrigeration steam, usually air and water at normal temperature to perform, the entire work is carried out in the condenser. In terms of the overall system, the four main components of the compressor, condenser, throttle valve, and evaporator are connected in sequence, which is a closed and recyclable system. The refrigerant (usually Freon) is in this circulation system. After continuous heating, evaporation, and cooling, such a reciprocating cycle, the system also generates a continuous flow of cold air. We can feel the coolness as soon as we plug in the power, but we don't know how orderly these tasks need to be completed. Types of refrigeration compressors 1. Turn on the refrigeration compressor. The power input end of the compressor crankshaft is connected to the motor through a coupling or a pulley outside the crankcase. Therefore, a shaft seal must be installed at the extended end of the crankshaft to avoid refrigerant leakage. At the same time, when the negative pressure in the crankcase, it can also avoid air leakage. This type of compressor is called an open compressor. 2. Semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor. The most obvious structural difference between the semi-closed and open compressors is that the outer casing of the motor and the compressor body are cast together, and the inner chambers are connected to each other. There is no need to install any shaft seal, which eliminates the most likely leakage of the shaft seal The shortcomings, and can also use the sucked low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant vapor to cool the motor windings, improve the cooling conditions of the motor, thereby improving the processing of the motor. The semi-hermetic compressor and the motor share a common shaft connection, eliminating the coupling for transmission, and shortening the axial size of the unit. 3.Fully enclosed refrigeration compressor. The refrigerating compressor and the motor are horizontally or vertically installed in a closed iron shell which is pressurized by the upper and lower parts and welded into a whole. From the appearance, only the compressor's suction and exhaust pipes and refrigerant charge pipe joints and the motor lead-out line, this form of compressor is called a fully enclosed compressor. It is more compact, lighter, and better sealed than the semi-hermetic compressor. The unit and the subject are equipped with vibration reduction devices, which are relatively stable in operation and low in noise. Another feature of it is that the subject is like a gas-liquid separator, which can reduce the occurrence of liquid hammer accidents; the motor is immersed in low temperature.
