Heat is always transferred from objects with a high temperature to objects with a low temperature through conduction, convection, and radiation. After an object   loses some heat, its temperature will also decrease.  Our purpose is to transfer the heat in the medium to the specific refrigerant through the refrigeration system, so as to achieve the purpose of lowering the medium temperature. Refrigerator structure The refrigerator is composed of a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, and a throttling device. The compressor is used to compress the refrigerant vapor from a low-pressure state to a high-pressure state; the condenser cools the superheated refrigerant discharged from the compressor and condenses into a refrigerant liquid, and the heat of the refrigerant in the condenser is discharged to the cooling medium. The working principle of the refrigerator In the circulation system of the refrigerator, the compressor sucks low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant vapor from the evaporator, adiabatically compresses the compressor into high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam, and then presses it into the condenser to cool at a constant pressure and release heat to the cooling medium. Then it is cooled to supercooled liquid refrigerant. The liquid refrigerant is insulated and throttled by the expansion valve to become a low-pressure liquid refrigerant, which evaporates and absorbs the heat in the air-conditioning circulating water (air) in the evaporator, thereby cooling the air-conditioning circulating water to achieve the purpose of refrigeration, and the low-pressure refrigerant is drawn into the compressor , Work in a loop like this. Attentions of refrigerator: 1. The closer the compressor to the evaporator is, the better it is. It is easy to maintain and has better heat dissipation. If it is installed outdoors, pay attention to rain. The four corners of the main unit need to be equipped with anti-vibration gaskets. The horizontal installation is firm. Pay attention to safety. 2. Radiator installation The closer the radiator is to the host, the better. It is better to place the radiator on the upper side. The radiator installation position has the best heat dissipation environment. 3. Discharge of wires All wires need to be protected with corrugated hoses or cable troughs except for air conditioners. 4. Refrigeration system connection Because the condenser and evaporator of the main machine are pressure-sealed in the factory, there should be pressure when unsealing to check for leaks.
