The core problem of compressor oper
Want to clean the air conditioner condenser Come here i teach you
As for the core component of the air conditioner—the condenser, do you know how to clean it? Today, the editor will teach you how to clean the condenser of the okmarts.com air conditioner.
What the hell is the condenser?
The condenser is an important component in the air conditioner. It can convert gas or vapor into liquid, and transfer the heat in the tube to the air near the tube.
The gas passes through a long pipe, allowing heat to be lost to the surrounding air. Because of the strong thermal conductivity of copper-like metals, it is often used to transport steam. In order to improve the efficiency of the condenser, it is necessary to add heat sinks with excellent thermal conductivity to the pipes, increase the heat dissipation area to accelerate heat dissipation, and speed up air convection through a fan to take away the heat. The working process of the condenser is an exothermic process, so the temperature of the condenser is relatively high.
For the entire air conditioner, the general principle of refrigeration is that the compressor compresses the working fluid from low-temperature and low-pressure gas into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and then condenses it into a low-temperature and high-pressure liquid through the condenser. Low temperature and low pressure liquid. The low-temperature and low-pressure liquid working fluid is sent to the evaporator, where it absorbs heat and evaporates to become high-temperature and low-pressure steam, which is sent to the compressor again to complete the refrigeration cycle.
The single-stage vapor compression refrigeration system is composed of four basic components: a refrigeration compressor, a condenser, an evaporator and a throttle valve. They are connected in sequence by pipes to form a closed system in which the refrigerant circulates continuously. It flows, changes its state, and exchanges heat with the outside world. All condensers operate by taking away the heat of gas or steam.
Condenser cleaning steps:
1. Close the inlet and outlet water valves of the condenser respectively to ensure safety during cleaning, and discharge a small amount of water in the system;
2. Establish temporary circulation systems on the inlet and outlet pipes of the condenser (the drain valve, pressure gauge, safety valve, etc. can be removed, and the hose can be connected to the circulation pump outside the tank);
3. After dissolving the safe and efficient descaling agent, use a pump to inject it from the low water inlet, return it from the water outlet, and soak for about 3-5 hours. At the same time, continue to check the efficacy of the water in the tank until there is no reaction in the tank and all the scale is cleaned;
4. Drain sewage and rinse with clean water;
5. Open the condenser end cover, pull back and forth on the inner wall of each condenser copper pipe with a brush to clean up the sludge and scale on the inner wall of each condenser copper pipe, and use a high-pressure water gun to clean the inner wall of each condenser copper pipe The sludge scale is cleaned up, and the metal surface of the copper pipe is exposed, bright and non-corrosive;
6. Rinse with clean water to drain sewage;
7. Reshape the end cap of the condenser to restore all parts of the system;
8. Add water to the pre-filming agent to circulate for 10-20 minutes, soak for about 24 hours, and drain the dirt, so that a protective film is prefabricated on the inner wall of the cleaned condenser copper pipe to prevent oxygen corrosion and slow down scaling.
9. Restore all parts of the system and test pressure and everything is normal.
Of course, after seeing such a complicated cleaning procedure, most of them cannot be cleaned by themselves, or the condenser may be directly damaged. If the wind from the air conditioner is not particularly cool in summer, if you need to clean the condenser, it is still necessary to have a dedicated cleaning staff to help clean it.
How to clean the condenser, of course, come to Southern Refrigeration. Although we are not able to help you operate, we can provide you with all kinds of cleaning agents needed for air conditioning cleaning! Help you rejuvenate the old air conditioner.
