What should be paid attention to in the operation of the refrigeration pipeline
The refrigeration industry is now in a period of rapid development. In order to facilitate the installation and operation of refrigeration equipment, today we mainly talk about the operation precautions of refrigeration pipelines.
1. The diameter of the copper pipe should be selected strictly in accordance with the compressor suction and discharge valve interface. When the condenser and compressor are separated by more than 3 meters, the pipe diameter should be increased.
2. Keep a distance of more than 400mm between the suction surface of the condenser and the wall, and keep a distance of more than 3 meters between the air outlet and the obstacle.
3. The inlet and outlet pipe diameters of the liquid storage tank are subject to the exhaust and liquid outlet pipe diameters marked on the unit sample.
4. The compressor suction pipe and the air cooler return pipe shall not be smaller than the size indicated in the sample to reduce the internal resistance of the evaporation pipe.
5. When making the adjustment station, each outlet pipe should be sawed into a 45-degree bevel, inserted into the bottom end, and the inlet pipe inserted into a quarter of the pipe diameter of the adjustment station.
6. The exhaust pipe and return pipe should have a certain slope. When the condenser is higher than the compressor, the exhaust pipe should slope to the condenser and install a liquid ring at the compressor exhaust. Prevent the gas from cooling and liquefying back to the high-pressure exhaust port after shutdown, and causing liquid compression when restarting the machine.
7. A U-shaped bend should be installed at the outlet of the air cooler return pipe. The return air pipeline should slope toward the compressor to ensure smooth oil return.
8. The expansion valve should be installed as close as possible to the air cooler. The solenoid valve should be installed horizontally, the valve body should be vertical and pay attention to the direction of liquid discharge.
9. If necessary, install a filter on the compressor return line to prevent dirt from entering the compressor and remove water from the system.
10. Before tightening all the sodium and lock nuts in the refrigeration system, they should be lubricated with refrigerating oil to strengthen the seal. Wipe clean after tightening. All sections of the door packing should be locked tightly.
11. The expansion valve temperature sensor is fastened to the evaporator outlet 100mm-200mm with a metal clip, and is wrapped tightly with double insulation.
12. After the refrigeration system is installed, it should be beautiful and consistent in color. There should be no inequality in the intersection of pipelines.
13. When the refrigeration pipeline is welded, it is necessary to leave a sewage outlet to blow the sewage from high and low pressure with nitrogen to blow the pollution in stages. After the stage blowing is completed, the whole system is blown until no dirt is seen as qualified. The blowdown pressure is 0.8MPa.
14. After the welding of the whole system is completed, an air tightness test shall be carried out, and the high pressure end shall be filled with 1.8MP nitrogen. The low pressure end is filled with 1.2MP nitrogen. During the charging period, use soapy water to check for leaks, carefully check the welds, flanges and valves, and keep the pressure test after the completion of the simple, no less than 24 hours.
