Second, the parameter setting of the power supply system switch does not meet the requirements. After the quality problem of the switch is eliminated, the freezer will still trip when starting, then we have to check the parameter setting. If the allowable working current of the switch is less than the starting current, it will definitely start tripping; if the short delay current parameter is set too low, the refrigerator will trip under the influence of the impact current when the speed is low to high speed. Therefore, when overhauling, be sure to check the switch parameters and adjust them to the appropriate state, and set the switch parameters with A and B protection to prevent others from wrong operations.
Third, the three-phase output quality of the power supply system. For example, if the three-phase power supply voltage is insufficient, or the output is unbalanced, the relay will have voltage disconnection or start the protection action, which will cause the refrigerator to stop. Such problems are generally caused by the failure of the power supply equipment or the line load. .
