Nidec Fan D09F-12SS2When I upgraded my computer's cooling system, I knew I needed a fan that could handle intensive applications while remaining almost silent. The Nidec Fan D09F-12SS2 proved to be the perfect choice as it significantly decreased the temperature of my CPU and GPU while remaining almost silent. However, it did come with a shorter lifespan compared to the Noctua NF-A9, a similar product that offered a longer lifespan of up to 150,000 hours. While I have only used the Nidec fan for three years, I can see how the Noctua fan's longer lifespan could be beneficial for someone who uses their computer for extended periods. Ultimately, I chose the Nidec fan for its affordability and performance, but for those who are willing to spend more for a longer lifespan, the Noctua fan may be a better choice.HelpfulUnhelpful - A
