Designed for direct-acting control or reactive control (cooling or heating), the CN740 Series can be programmed for simple ON/OFF control functions or more complex PID control functions.
PiD control is supported by manual tuning or auto tuning.
Relays, DC pulses, or current outputs can be selected as control methods.
The CN740 series accepts a variety of thermocouple and RTD inputs.
The process and setpoints are displayed simultaneously on two large LED displays.
Auto-tuning, engineering units (°F or °C) and alarm status are also indicated on the front panel.
The controller is equipped with two alarm outputs and has 12 self-programmed alarm functions.
