1.Measurement error<0.2% of FS, cold junction temperature compensation error is plus or minus 1 degree, can be corrected by software, resoltion 14bit, sampling period 0.15S
2.The display function uses an integrated module display:PV (process value),SV(set value), MV(output valve value), which can be monitored at the same time during commissioning and operation, so the system can be commissioned in the fastest and most efficient way.
3.Program control: M900 series is a multi-group and multi-stage combined program control. The time error is less than 0.5%FS, and the maximum setting time for a section is 999 minutes. Variable gain control can be introduced to reduce the tracking error in the heating slope section, and waiting measures can be adopted to reduce the ruuning time error of the constant temperature section
4.Communication mode: RS485 communcation between master and slave, MODBUS RTU communciation, baud rate 9600/19200, master-slave control(4-20mA signal for transmission and external setting) + RS485, MODBUS RTU to the host computer.
5.Transmission output: load 0-920 ohm constant current output error<0.2% FS, linearity error < 0.2%FS, transmission 20-4mA(for energy-saving control).
6.It can form cascade control, multi-point equalization, multi-zone decoupling, programmable and other control systems(master-slave communication has this function).
7.It can be equipped with SSR non-contact switch to control the valve opening, which is faster.
8.The valve position value can be calibrated according to the valve itself.
9.The number of in-phase output ports of the power supply controlled by the SCR phase shift can be arbitrarily configured for the customer, that is, to realize the simultaneous operation of multiple groups of SCR loads with the same phase of power supply, which provides convenience for the design of the phase shift control system of extra-large electric power SCR.
