The new KT.R series of temperture controllers Panasonic sets a new standard in our customery quaility with the new KT.R series of temperature controllers. The temperature controllers of KT.R series are the successors of the KT.R series and come with a remarkable enhancement in operation, control performance, function, visibility, and compactness, etc. The KT.R temperature controllers are available in the three DIN formats 48mm x 48mm, 48mm x 96mm, 96mm x 96mm. This meets market demands for cost-effectiveness and efforts economy and high performance. Smooth initial configuration and easy adjustment of settings The temperature controllers is ready to start operation after the initial configuration of control values has been completed. Entering values for frequently used and frequently changed settings is easily done. Not much time and effort is needed to establish a smoothly operating temperature control system. Built-in easy programming function Programming is easy thanks to a nine-step setting procedure. Simply enter target values for each time perios. Full flexibility of the temperature control system is guaranteed. Fine control of heat capacity Thanks to the high-speed processing wirt 125ms, the sampling period of the new KT.R series os only half of thet of the previous series. With a responsiveness twice as fast as before, it is possible to carry out a much finer control of the heat capacity, for example. Built-in auto tuning function The built-in auto-tuning function uses the step-response method. From the temperature rise behavior alone, it can calculate the PID constants. It is even possible to calbulate constants when auto tunning cannot be used to generate them. Beacuse an ON/OFF operation is unnecesary, there is no disruption in temperature control.(find example in the brochure) Simple operation enbales highly accurate temperature control All required operations can be set with the help of the buttons on the front.
