It is primarily intended for creep resisting steels of similar composition used in steam generation. Wire suitable also for use in the chemical and petrochemical industries where resistance to hydrogen attack and stress corrosion cracking in sour enviroments are required. Diffusible hydrogen levels will be less than 4ml/100g of deposited weld metal giving it more resistance to cracking. Applications: Vessels , Steam boilers and turbines (2.25 Cr/1 Mo steels), Machine-building, Petrochemical plant etc.
