The KF180RF2 is a heavy-duty gear pump delivering 180 cm³/rev flow capacity at 280 bar continuous pressure. Its reinforced cast iron construction incorporates tungsten carbide thrust washers and precision-ground alloy steel gears for extreme-load applications. The pump features dual ball bearings and advanced pressure balancing to handle shock loads in mining equipment, large presses, and offshore hydraulic systems. Optional cooling jackets and condition monitoring ports are available for demanding 24/7 operations.
